Her Excellency Shaikha Dr. Hessa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Board Member of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) and Chairperson of the Committee on Equal Opportunities and Gender Balance in Sports, has been appointed Vice President of the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees (UANOC), representing the “women’s category.”
This appointment affirms the distinguished status and high esteem of Bahraini women in the Arab sports landscape.
