Equal Opportunities Committee Reviews 2025 Achievements
The Equal Opportunities Committee of the National Authority for the Regulation of Health Professions and Services held its regular 2025 meeting, chaired by Ms. Aisha Adel Saleh Al Balushi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Authority and Chairperson of the Committee, with all committee members in attendance.
During the session, Al Balushi reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to supporting women’s participation and empowering them to play an active role across all workplaces. She emphasized the importance of integrating women’s needs into institutional policies and initiatives, fostering a motivating work environment, and demonstrating the Authority’s steadfast commitment to the principle of equal opportunities.
The committee reviewed key achievements from its 2025 work plan and discussed several proposals aimed at further promoting equal opportunities. Members also evaluated the impact of ongoing initiatives on the work environment and assessed employee engagement across various career paths, reinforcing the Authority’s vision of an inclusive and dynamic professional landscape.
