In line with Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October and to promote health awareness in the workplace, Al Ayam Press and Publishing Company organized a special awareness event titled “Pink Day” for its female employees, in collaboration with Revive Café. The initiative aimed to highlight the importance of public health and support efforts to raise awareness of breast cancer.
This year’s event introduced an innovative approach, featuring a healthy breakfast with acai bowls, known for their nutritional benefits that boost immunity and support both physical and mental activity. The breakfast was held in a friendly and engaging atmosphere, combining health education with an enjoyable experience.
An interactive art activity also formed part of the program, where participants drew on coffee cups to express their support for breast cancer awareness campaigns and solidarity with those affected, blending creativity with a humanitarian message.
In this context, Iman Tarada, Media and Public Relations Officer at Al Ayam, emphasized that the event reflects the organization’s commitment to fostering a positive and healthy work environment. She highlighted that the initiative encourages female employees to prioritize their physical and mental health and promotes the importance of early screening through engaging and interactive activities.
The “Pink Day” initiative reinforces Al Ayam Foundation’s dedication to promoting health awareness among employees and supporting broader community efforts to spread the culture of prevention and early detection, cultivating a healthier and more positive workplace environment.
