Bahraini Parliamentary Delegation Takes Active Role at 151st IPU Assembly in Geneva

The Parliamentary Division of the Kingdom of Bahrain, led by His Excellency Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, continues to make its mark at the 151st Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly and its accompanying meetings, currently being held in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Bahraini delegation is participating in several key sessions of the IPU’s standing committees, alongside specialized workshops and panel discussions taking place on the sidelines of the Assembly. The event brings together parliamentarians from across the globe to discuss pressing international issues, foster cooperation, and exchange legislative expertise.

The Assembly’s sessions will continue until Thursday evening, with Bahrain’s delegation reaffirming its commitment to advancing dialogue, promoting democratic values, and strengthening Bahrain’s parliamentary diplomacy on the global stage.
