Bahrain Hoists National Flag in Countdown to 3rd Asian Youth Games
In a vibrant ceremony at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, Bahrain proudly raised its national flag, symbolizing a key milestone in the countdown to the 3rd Asian Youth Games.
The flag-raising event was graced by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia for the Asian Youth Games, underscoring the Kingdom’s commitment to fostering youth sports and regional athletic excellence.
Joining His Highness were prominent officials including Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, CEO of the General Sports Authority, and Mr. Yousef Daej, Chairman of the Games’ Executive Committee, highlighting the collaborative efforts behind the event’s successful organization.
The ceremony not only marked the beginning of the Games’ final preparations but also reflected Bahrain’s enthusiasm and readiness to host young athletes from across Asia in a celebration of sportsmanship, talent, and cultural exchange.
