Bahrain wins digital awards

The Kingdom of Bahrain won top honours at the 6th GCC Digital Government Awards, held in the State of Kuwait in cooperation with the GCC General Secretariat.
The National eParticipation Platform (bahrain.bh/ sharekna), developed by the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), won first place in the Best Practice in Community eParticipation category, while the MyGov app won the Recognition Award in the Best Unified Government App category. The Cyber Guardian Game, developed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), also won first place in the Best Educational Digital Game category at GCC level.
H.E. Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, Chief Executive of the iGA, expressed pride in the achievement, noting that the recognition of the National eParticipation Platform and the MyGov app reflects Bahrain’s continued digital excellence under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
