Bahrain’s Ambassador Presents Credentials as Non-Resident Envoy to Turkmenistan
Ashgabat, September 16 (BNA) – Her Excellency Dunyagozel Gulmanova, Chairperson of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, today received the credentials of His Excellency Bassam Ahmed Marzouq, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Türkiye, accrediting him as Bahrain’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (non-resident) to Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the existing cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Turkmenistan and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations to serve the shared interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
Earlier, His Excellency Serdar Muhammetdurdiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, had received Ambassador Marzouq, who presented a copy of his credentials as non-resident Ambassador to Turkmenistan, based in Ankara.
