Stage set for MEOS GEO in September

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Kingdom of Bahrain will host the Middle East Oil, Gas and Geosciences Show (MEOS GEO) from September 16 - 18 under the theme “Energy for a Prosperous Future: Leading a Sustainable Tomorrow”.

His Excellency Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, emphasised that Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, is firmly committed to supporting and diversifying its energy sector.

This commitment is anchored in advancing sustainable development goals and strengthening Bahrain’s role as a regional hub for clean and renewable energy.

Dr. Bin Daina emphasised that MEOS GEO, which has been one of the region’s foremost specialised oil, gas, and geosciences gatherings since its inception, represents a pivotal platform for regional and international cooperation in energy and Earth sciences.

Its continued success over the years underscores its prestige as a global platform for dialogue and the exchange of knowledge, insights, and experiences among specialists, engineers, and technicians from national, regional, and global operators.
