Community Partnership Key to Improving Public Services
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, stressed that achieving excellence in government work requires stronger coordination between agencies and active partnership with the community. He said this approach ensures high-quality services that meet citizens’ expectations and support Bahrain’s comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister made these remarks today at Riffa Palace while meeting with Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Ali Abdulhussain Al Asfoor, Community Affairs Advisor at the Ministry of Interior, Shaikh Khalid bin Hamood Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, and Hassan Abdulla Al Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness congratulated the officials on the Royal trust bestowed upon them with their new appointments, wishing them success. He praised the Interior Minister’s efforts in overseeing the work of governorates and developing their services and security initiatives.
HRH the Crown Prince emphasized that governorates play a key role in improving services by staying connected with communities, monitoring citizens’ needs, and working closely with relevant authorities to provide sustainable solutions. He highlighted their role in maintaining open communication channels with residents and enhancing social engagement.
He also noted the vital contribution of governorates to public security awareness, emphasizing the importance of using modern technology to create a safe and informed society built on security awareness and institutional cooperation.
The newly appointed officials expressed their gratitude for the Royal confidence and affirmed their commitment to strengthening community relations and improving services in line with the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s directives.
