King gives day-off tomorrow to public, private schools, kindergartens

Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi extended on behalf of the Education Ministry's personnel, students and their parents heartfelt thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for patronising "Bahrain First" festival which was organised by the Education Ministry under the theme "The Prosperous Era" to express loyalty to the nation and leadership.

The Education Minister stressed that the festival, in which students from public and private schools took part and which is organised every year under the auspices of HM the King, underlines the royal support to the students and the educational march in Bahrain. The event, he added, aims to promote loyalty and patriotism.

Dr. Al Nuaimi praised the educational significance of the royal speech to mark the occasion in supporting students at all stages. He also thanked HM the King for the day off given to the administrative and educational staff in public and private schools as well as kindergartens tomorrow Thursday (December 31) in recognition of their efforts to ensure success of the event.
