As part of his official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Excellency Dr. Hab. Marcin Czepelak, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), conducted a series of high-level visits to several of the Kingdom’s leading legal institutions to deepen cooperation and support the development of international dispute resolution.
Dr. Czepelak toured the offices of the Council for International Dispute Resolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), and the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC).
During his visit, he was briefed on the state-of-the-art hearing rooms and legal facilities, engaged with staff and interns, and was introduced to the offices of Bahrain’s emerging Dispute Resolution Hub, where the PCA will operate as part of a broader collaborative framework. Accompanied by Professor Marike Paulsson, Secretary-General of the Council for International Dispute Resolution, Dr. Czepelak also held discussions with senior legal representatives.
