HR directors transferred to CSB

His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, issued Edict (31) of 2025 to transfer directors of human resources from all government entities in the Kingdom to the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), based on a proposal submitted by the President of the Civil Service Bureau.

The edict issued by Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla stipulates that the following individuals are transferred from their respective government entities to the Civil Service Bureau to assume the position of Director of Human Resources, reporting to the Director-General of Shared Human Resources Services:

Amal Salem Mohamed Shaheen – Bahrain Technical College (Bahrain Polytechnic); Yousif Abdulaziz Abdulghaffar Al Alawi – Primary Healthcare Centres; Yaqoub Abdulla Yaqoub Al Sada – Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture; Mohamed Saleh Ahmed Ashaer – Ministry of Works; Maryam Ahmed Hussain Haidar – Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning; Omar Mahmood Abdulla Haji – Labour Market Regulatory Authority; Eman Ibrahim Ali Qassim – Government Hospitals; and Ahmed Ali Yousif Sayyadi – University of Bahrain.

The President of the Civil Service Bureau shall assign the directors mentioned to oversee human resources management in any of the government entities in the Kingdom.
