Expat's body found in Manama
Manama : An Indian expat was found dead in his room this morning.
Mammad Kunju, 53, was working at General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) office in Manama.
He had returned to Bahrain last month after undergoing a heart surgery in India.
According to sources, he went to bed after having dinner with friends at his accommodation.
The body has been shifted to the Salmaniya Medical Complex mortuary. Mr Kunju hails from the south Indian state of Kerala.
His passport and other documents are at the Bab Al Bahrain police station.
Mr Kunju has been leading an expatriate life here for the past 30 years.
