Kuwait has strongly condemned what it described as continued Iranian aggression after hostile drones targeted several vital and military facilities in the country on Friday.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the attacks represent a violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty, a direct threat to its security and stability, and a breach of international law, the United Nations Charter, and UN Security Council Resolution 2817.
The ministry warned that the continuation of such attacks marks a dangerous escalation and reflects a systematic hostile approach that cannot be justified or accepted.
Kuwait reaffirmed its right to take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty, ensure national security, and safeguard the safety of citizens and residents across the country.
