Kyiv, Ukraine: A Russian drone strike on a civilian ship sailing under the Tanzanian flag in the Black Sea killed its captain and wounded three crew members.
Ukraine's Sea Port Authority reported that the cargo vessel was en route to a Ukrainian port when it was struck by Moscow's forces.
