CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke Ends Hunger Strike

New Delhi: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke stopped his extended hunger strike on Monday, following an emotional appeal from the father of Riya Thapa, a NEET aspirant who committed suicide. Dipke's fast to lead the ‘Sansad Chalo’ march to Parliament was called off, according to the party, as the movement moved forward.
On X, the CJP wrote, ‘The father of a NEET student, Riya Thapa, who died by suicide, has persuaded Abhijeet Dipke to end his hunger strike so that he can lead the march to Parliament.’
The CJP stressed that the hunger strike did not mean the end of the movement. The party announced that its ‘Sansad Chalo’ march and nationwide campaign would continue, with Dipke now in charge of leading the protests and urging the government to heed the requests for exam reforms and justice for impacted students and their families.
