Bolivian government says cleared all protest roadblocks

Sucre: Bolivian security forces have successfully cleared key national highways after President Rodrigo Paz declared a 90-day state of emergency to dismantle anti-government roadblocks that paralyzed the nation for nearly 50 days. 

Utilizing bulldozers and heavy machinery, military and police units moved to re-establish transit routes from La Paz and El Alto to neighboring Chile and Peru.

The move comes as the country endures its most severe economic crisis in four decades, marked by acute shortages of fuel, food, and essential medical supplies.
