UAE, Uzbekistan Strengthen Government Modernisation Partnership

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, received a government delegation from the United Arab Emirates in the capital, Tashkent, where both sides discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in government modernisation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the latest developments in the strategic partnership between the governments of the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan, particularly in areas related to improving government operational readiness, institutional efficiency, and public sector innovation.
The discussions also explored prospects for expanding the partnership to support sustainable development goals in both countries, emphasizing modern governance practices and enhanced administrative capabilities.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continuing close cooperation under the existing strategic framework, aiming to deepen ties and accelerate development-oriented initiatives across key government sectors.
