ABU DHABI: The UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, working alongside the Emirates Drug Establishment and regulatory authorities, has issued a public warning regarding the infant formula brand Danalac. Officials confirmed that the product is not registered within the country and has not been imported through official distribution channels.
While routine market monitoring shows no evidence of the formula being widely sold across local markets, authorities are taking strict precautionary measures.
The Ministry has strongly urged consumers who may have acquired Danalac through unofficial means including personal imports, online orders, or direct purchases from abroad to dispose of it immediately. The advisory serves as a preventative step to safeguard public safety and protect children's health from unregulated food products.
