Bahrain interior minister meets US ambassador to discuss security cooperation
Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received Stephanie Hallett in Manama to discuss bilateral relations and ongoing security cooperation between Bahrain and the United States.
Tariq bin Hassan Al Hassan attended the meeting.
During the discussions, the interior minister praised the close ties and strategic partnership between Bahrain and the US, highlighting continued progress in several areas, particularly in the field of security cooperation.
General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah emphasised the shared commitment of both countries to strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise across various areas of joint security work.
The meeting also reviewed bilateral security cooperation programmes and explored ways to enhance coordination in support of the interests of both nations.
