UAE President Receives Message from Kazakhstan Counterpart on Bilateral Relations

Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, has received a written message from Kassym-Jomart Tokayev concerning bilateral relations between the two countries.

The message was delivered to Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, during a meeting with Yermek Kosherbayev in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, both sides discussed recent regional developments, including the repercussions of Iranian missile attacks targeting the UAE and neighbouring countries, and their impact on international navigation, energy supplies, and global economic stability.

Kazakhstan’s foreign minister reaffirmed his country’s solidarity with the UAE, supporting all measures taken to safeguard its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of citizens, residents, and visitors.

The discussions also covered broader regional issues, including the ceasefire announcement between the United States and Iran by Donald Trump, as both sides explored ways to strengthen international efforts toward achieving sustainable peace.

In addition, the two ministers reviewed avenues to further enhance bilateral cooperation and addressed a range of issues of mutual interest.
