NMS Bahrain hosts The Lions Club Essay and Painting competition 2026

New Millennium School , Bahrain, in coordination with the Lions Club of Riffa, successfully conducted the Annual Walk-in Essay and Painting Competition 2026 on Saturday, 17th January 2026, at its campus.

The event witnessed an overwhelming response with the participation of hundreds of students from various schools across the Kingdom of Bahrain, reflecting the immense enthusiasm and creative spirit among young learners.

The competition was organized in three age-group categories:

· Group A: 8 to 10 years       

. Group B: 10 to 12 years       

· Group C: 12 to 15 years

The topics for the Es - say and Painting Competition centered around the theme ‘ Creating a Peaceful World Ahead in the Digital Era’.The event commenced with registrations  followed by the Essay Competition  and the Painting Competition. The campus was filled with an atmosphere of creativity, excitement, and positive energy as students showcased their artistic and literary talents using words and colours to express their thoughts and emotions.

The first three winners in each category will be awarded trophies and certificates in recognition of their excellence. In addition, the school with the highest number of student entries will also be specially recognized, promoting greater participation and collaboration among educational institutions.

Principal, Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma, congratulated the Lions Club of Riffa and its coordinators. He stated that platforms like these play a vital role in nurturing creativity, confidence, and expression in children. The Essay and Painting Competition not only enhances students’ artistic and literary skills but also instills values such as peace, harmony, and thoughtful communication.

Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai and Managing Director Mrs Geetha Pillai extended their appreciation to the Lions Club of Riffa and applauded the participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
