New Horizon School Marks the Spirit of International Children’s Day at School
New Horizon School celebrated International Children’s Day on 20th November, 2025 across its Zinj and Segaya campuses with a highly engaging program commencing with a special assembly where the roles were playfully reversed, not only with the entire teaching faculty from both campuses taking the stage to present diverse and enthralling programs (including skits, songs, dance, and a fashion show) that generated immense excitement, but also by having the students take the lead in event management: the commemorative flyer was made by the students, photography was expertly done by Jeremiah of Grade 9 taking a lead, and all logistics were meticulously arranged by students, while the one-day Principal Miss Nadia, and Junior Principal Miss Nia (students of Grade 9), presented their official review of the day’s operations and the special assembly prepared by the teachers.
The fun continued with special games organized for the teachers and a stimulating quiz for the students, celebrating the unique bond between the educators and their pupils. Looking ahead, the school is eagerly preparing for the Bahrain Mental Maths Competition Season 2, scheduled for Saturday, November 29th, 2025, demonstrating its continued commitment to holistic education that balances spirited celebrations with academically enriching opportunities in New Horizon School.
