FIX Launches White Chocolate Knafeh Bar for Ramadan
As Ramadan approaches, FIX Dessert Chocolatier — the home-grown brand behind The Original Dubai Chocolate — is celebrating the holy month with returning favourites, a fresh look, and an exciting first for dessert lovers.
The highlight of this year’s collection is a white chocolate twist on the cult-favourite dessert bar, “Can’t Get Knafeh Of It.” Previously a Mini best-seller, the flavour now debuts as a full-sized bar, offering knafeh fans an indulgent new experience.
Two other fan favourites are making a comeback:

Mahalabi Or Not To Be – creamy mahalabia paired with crispy rice puffs and almond brittle, enrobed in silky milk chocolate.

Rahash Hour – a sesame halawa classic with pistachio brittle, returning due to popular demand.
Adding to the festive spirit, FIX has given its signature Minis Box a limited-edition Ramadan makeover. Available in boxes of 10 or 20, each features five Mini flavours — perfect for gifting, sharing, or indulging yourself.
The full Ramadan collection will be available exclusively on Careem starting February 18, making it a sweet way to say “Ramadan Kareem.”
