Al Hala Face Al Qurain in Final Arab Club Match

Bahrain’s Al Hala women’s basketball team end their campaign in the Arab Women’s Club Basketball Championship today when they face Kuwait’s Al Qurain in the sixth and final round. The match is scheduled for 3pm Bahrain time at Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Sports Hall in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
Al Hala will look to secure their first win of the tournament after a string of close defeats in previous rounds. So far, Al Hala’s results have been: a 74-76 loss to Algeria’s GS Cosider, an 88-87 loss to UAE’s Al Sharjah, a 100-92 loss to Saudi Arabia’s Al Ula, a 71-78 loss to Kuwait’s Al Fatat, and an 81-48 loss to Jordan’s Al Fuheis.
Currently, the overall standings are led by Al Fuheis with 10 points, followed by Al Ula in second with 9 points, GS Cosider third with 9 points, Al Fatat fourth with 9 points, Al Sharjah fifth with 7 points, Bahrain’s Al Hala sixth with 5 points, and Al Qurain seventh with 5 points.
