Al Noor International School conducts “Spelling Bee” competition
The British Middle Section of Al Noor International School conducted the Spelling Bee Competition on Monday, 18th January 2016. The words challenged the contestants’ ability to spell. After several nail-biting rounds, Maria Jamela Bay Batbat of Grade 5M, Noor Shahid of Grade 6J and of Sofia Shoaib of Grade7L emerged as the winners out of 30 contestants.
The school Principal, Rashid Mandi, School Director, Dr. Muhammad Mashood and Vice Principal Amin Mohammed Ahmed Hulaiwah handed over the trophies to the winners and certificates to the participants. Also present were the members of the school QA department, Head Teachers, Coordinators of the various sections and parents of the participants who witnessed this spectacular event.
