LuLu Exchange Bahrain to celebrate nine years of serving the country!

Incepted in the year 2013, LuLu Exchange Bahrain has now become an integral part of the country and its people’s lives. Through sheer dint of hard work, and excellent services, LuLu Exchange Bahrain has transformed into people’s first choice for transactions.

To serve the evolving needs of customers, the country operations later opened 16 branches in Bahrain, over the years. Through unprecedent innovations and value additions, the LuLu Exchange Bahrain team has advanced and progressed at each stage.

The company introduced the concept of Exclusive Relationship Management, a first-of-its-kind service for all the Super Elite and Elite set of customers, offering them warmth and one to one attention, with exciting value additions.

The Bahrain team incepted the LuLu Money App, which witnessed the highest digital remittance conversion penetration among all the other players in Bahrain’s Exchange House Industry. To encourage existing customers and bring in new customers, LuLu Exchange Bahrain introduced the Value-Added Loyalty Program for LuLu Money and Gold Card holders, with exciting offers on various categories.

In an effort to make cross-border remittances and currency exchange transactions seamless, LuLu Exchange introduced EazyPay and BenefitPay, both cutting-edge technologies which facilitate cashless settlement process for customers.


LuLu Exchange Bahrain launched a special initiative – The Digital Women drive, to empower women when it comes to choosing digital payment solutions and enabled them to find freedom in sending money.

To improve efficiency and productivity of the Bahraini staff, and thereby create vibrant future leaders for the country, LuLu Exchange implanted the Future Leader Programme by aiding training program through internal and external facilitation.

To increase financial literacy and financial inclusion in the country, innovative initiatives were also incepted and carried out by the Bahrain team, witnessing superlative results over the years.
