Saraya Contractors to renovate Shaikh Hamad Grand Mosque

The contract for renovation and maintenance work at Shaikh Hamad Grand Mosque has been awarded by the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs to Saraya Contractors for BD67,454.994.
The project encompasses the demolition and reconstruction of a section of the minarets as well as reinforcing the current foundation.
The scope of work also includes internal and external plastering, electrical installations, flooring using ceramic or porcelain tiles, and gypsum ceiling installation.
During the bidding process, two companies showed interest, namely Saraya Contractors and Sarab Contracting. Eventually, Saraya Contractors emerged as the successful bidder.
