Yamaha Music Festival 2015 At Bahrain City Centre

Ambassador Stores, Bahrain, in collaboration with Yamaha, leading manufacturer of musical instruments, will organize the Yamaha Music Festival 2015 from Oct 15-17 at Bahrain City Center, ground floor, main Galleria, opposite Zara.

The three days of musical carnival will see a myriad of professional, semi-professional and talented amateur musicians perform live at the specially erected stand from 10 am to 10 pm.

There will also be a live performance by Yamaha Official Digital pianist Peter Baartmans. Born in the  Netherlands, Peter started to play music at the age of 6. Very early in his career, he started  to play jazz in several jazz-combos and was the main pianist in a popular Big Band. He also played keyboards for many well-known Dutch music artists.

In 1985 he started to play concerts for Yamaha digital pianos and keyboards all over Europe. Today, Peter does  presentations and concerts for Yamaha Corporation of Japan, all over the world. His music is a mixture of classical, jazz and pop. His great experience as a versatile musician, unique style of presentation, and the superb sound quality of Yamaha’s latest digital instruments together result in a unique and remarkable performance. Baartmans will perform on the Oct 16 and 17.

The music festival showcases a spectacular range of the latest digital pianos, popular guitars and drum sets along with accessories. Hundreds of music enthusiasts, amateur musicians, professional music teachers and students from Bahrain’s various music schools and general audiences will visit the specially erected stand.
