Plans to develop electricity and water facilities

Electricity and Water Affairs (EWA) Minister Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak laud ed the ongoing co-operation between the executive and legislative branches to meet the needs of the citizens and residents.

He noted that such co-operation is among the pillars of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s comprehensive development project. This came as Al Mubarak received yesterday Council of Representatives member Dr Hisham Al Asheeri, and the representative of the sixth constituency at the Muharraq Municipal Council, Fadhel Al Oud.

The minister underlined the EWA’s keenness to ensure the continuity of the effective executive legislative co-operation in order to be able to implement more projects.

The minister discussed with those present the constituency’s needs regarding the elec- tricity and water services, and updated them on the future projects and plans to develop electricity and water facilities.

MP Al Asheeri and municipal councilor Al Oud appreciated EWA’s efforts to enhance the electricity and water services, stressing the importance of continuous co-operation to deliver the best services to the citizens and residents.
