PM congratulated by Nabil Al-Zain
Manama : His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Nabil Abdullah Al-Zain on the Information and Communication Technology in Sustainable Development Award granted to him by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
Al-Zain extended heartfelt congratulations on the top honour which, he said, is an international tribute to HRH the Premier for his development achievements.
