Bin Hindi Informatics inaugurates Samsung Customer Service Plaza in Riffa

Bin Hindi Informatics W.L.L., the authorized distributor for Samsung in Bahrain, inaugurated a Samsung Customer Service Plaza at the Enaya Car Care Centre in Wadi Al Sail, West Riffa, yesterday.

It was inaugurated by Jaeho Lee, Head of Samsung Customer Service, in the presence of Justice, Head of Samsung Mobiles, Mr. Ahmed Bin Hindi, A. A Bin Hindi Group Vice-Chairman & CEO, Samsung Gulf Electronics officials, members of the press and Bin Hindi management team.

The new Bin Hindi Informatics - Samsung CSP is located at Riffa, next to the Wadi Al Sail Petrol station, 1st Floor. 

It is a large service facility of 350m2 with 4 face-to-face service and information counters, and has most modern and high standard test and repair equipment.

It displays a wide range of Samsung products. 

The access for customers is made easy with ample parking.  Besides the new Samsung Customer Service Plaza, the Bin Hindi Informatics also operates a Samsung service centre located at Exhibition road opposite Al Hoora police station, and also has established micro repair centres or QRS “Quick Repair Service” at the Bahrain City Centre, Sultan Mall and Seef Mall Muharraq. 

“We are pleased to offer such an impressive Customer Service Plaza at Riffa for our customers to experience the latest hi-tech after-sales services, which redefines todays existing after-sales services in Bahrain as well as in the region,” Ahmed Bin Hindi said.

“The opening of this new Samsung Customer Service Plaza comes at a very crucial period of time for us particularly when Samsung is introducing futuristic models in the Imaging & mobility segment, which simply allows us to provide our customers with the latest after-sales services of the Samsung brand,” A. Aziz Bin Hindi, Director of Bin Hindi Group, said.

Bin Hindi Informatics currently has five Samsung showrooms in Bahrain.

In addition to these, it has established shop-in-shop outlets at 3 strategic locations to extend its products to its customers. The Bin Hindi Informatics has also proved its strong commitment to the Samsung brand by introducing innovative customer services such as Wasel service. 

This service allows customers to reach out to the service centre via a hotline from any place in Bahrain so that the service centre picks up the mobile/tab from their doorsteps, gets it serviced and delivers it back to the customer for a nominal fee.
