Qatari attempts to ‘destabilise’ Bahrain rapped

More Bahraini families and tribes have expressed their condemnation in strongest terms of the Qatari regime’s desperate attempts to undermine Bahrain’s security, stability and civic peace. The families and tribes of Al Romaithi, Al Nifai’e, Al Shamsi, Al Shahrani, Al Abyouki, Al Mutairi, Al Elaiwi, Taqi, and family of late Brigadier Ali Mirza, reiterated their strong unwavering allegiance and loyalty to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and vowed to defend their “immaculate homeland” under the leadership of His Majesty the King.

They strongly condemned Qatar-fabricated lies aimed to sow sedition within the united Bahraini people who have reiterated their firm unflinching loyalty to the Kingdom’s historic leadership. They strongly denounced Qatar’s Al Jazeera channel attempts to undermine the Kingdom’s security and stability airing its socalled “What is hidden is more immense!” programme, which was an abject failure after its staff became devoid of any of the ethics and rules of professional media in a bid to mislead the public opinion through such blatant lies and false allegations that have been exposed to the whole world.

Denouncing the fabricated news broadcast by Al Jazeera, Al Othman family stressed that such plots would only strengthen the Bahraini social fabric under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Al Othman family reiterated loyalty and standing by the royal leadership and Bahrain’s measures to protect national unity, social security and development achievements made under the homeland’s leadership.  The General Authority of Husseini Processions condemned the lies and fabricated news aired by Qatar-based Al Jazeera channel, reiterating allegiance to the royal leadership.

The authority, in its statement, said the programme is another form of conspiracy plotted against the Kingdom, which is aimed at undermining its stability and the people’s unity.  The Kingdom has lashed out at Al Jazeera after the Qatari network aired the documentary. The programme broadcast was filled with “lies and fallacies against the state of Bahrain,” Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa said. It is just a “new episode in a series of conspiracies from a rogue state against the Kingdom, and against the stability of the entire region,” he added.

“This state has become the biggest threat to the Gulf Co-operation Council.” Bahrain, along with Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt launched a boycott of Qatar two years ago over Doha’s support for extremist groups. They also accused Qatar of interfering in the internal affairs of other GCC countries and having close ties to Iran.
