Bahrain Airport Company welcomes first Atlas Global
Manama : Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), the operator and managing body of Bahrain International Airport (BIA), welcomed the first scheduled flight of Atlas Global Airlines, arriving from Trabzon Airport to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Held at BIA, the inauguration ceremony was attended by representatives from BAC and the main travel agent of Atlas Global in Bahrain, Al Yaqoub Travels.
Turkey’s low-cost carrier will start its services in the Kingdom of Bahrain with flights occurring twice a week with expectations of increasing it up to five flights in the summer. Providing BIA with an exciting new route to add to its list of destinations, Atlas Global’s Airbus 321 includes 12 Business seats and 192 Economy seats and takes off at 4:25 am every Sunday and Wednesday.
Atlas Global, formerly known as Atlasjet International Airlines was established on 14th March 2001 in Turkey, licensed to carry out Passenger and Cargo Transportation on Unscheduled Flights with the aim of offering passengers international standards of quality and comfort on board.
