Manama  : Brave 9 in Bahrain has set hopes high for the Mexico as Kenia Enriquez, the current interim WBC World Light Flyweight Champion and the former WBO World Flyweight Champion 2014 looks forward for Alejandro Martinez to win the championship.

The duo who spent their life for combat sports are on the verge of an achievement as they will be holding world championships in their respective sports if Alejandro Martinez wins the main event of Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions.

Martinez will be facing Ottman Azaitar who is an undefeated mixed martial artist who will put his unblemished record on the line at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions. Kenia first hit the gym at age 13 and had 74 fights as an amateur, losing only six times. Still trained by her father Gustavo Enriquez, Kenia has now boxed professionally for five years, racking up a record of 19-1 with nine knockouts.

“Kenia motivates me because she’s the best in the boxing world, well I want to be the best in the world in MMA. Just like I expect her to be the champion in her sport, she expects me to be a champion. When someone you love backs you up in your dream, no bulldozer is strong enough to stop you,” says Alejando Martinez.
