Four cars gutted in two separate incidents
Manama : At least four vehicles were gutted in two separate incidents that took place in different parts of the Northern Governorate yesterday.
The first incident was reported in Salmabad Housing Projects, located in the southern parts of the governorate, where miscreants set fire to two vehicles in the early hours yesterday.
Interior Ministry confirmed the incident, stating that Civil Defence firefighters successfully doused the fire, after the vehicles were gutted.
The ministry also said that initial details indicated foul play behind the incident and that the concerned departments in the ministry have initiated legal procedures.
Sources confirmed that the incident occurred before sunrise and that the walls of a nearby house were also damaged.
Two more vehicles were gutted in Hamad Town.
The vehicles were parked inside the garage of a Bahraini family. However, no official comments were available on the second incident.
