EWA Bahrain online services reengineered
Manama : Directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has announced the reengineering its online customer services in cooperation with the Informatics and E-Government Authority.
The enhanced e-services are part of the e-Government’s Development Project (Phase I) at this stage include the following services provided by EWA:
1- Change of subscriber’s name.
2- Change of tenant.
3- Reconnect service.
4- Disconnect service.
5- Technical service requests for electricity and water.
6- Service new supply requests for electricity and water.
7- Direct credit card deduction service.
