BIHR holds Career Fair

Manama : Bahrain Institute of Hospitality and Retail (BIHR), a part of the A. Dadabai Group, hosted its 8th Career Fair yesterday, in which 15 top establishments from hospitality industry participated.   

Four Seasons, Sheraton, ART Rotana, Westin & Le Meridien, Al Areen Resort & Spa, Crowne Plaza, The Capital Club, S Hotel, Downtown Rotana, BMMI & Al Osra, The Domain Hotel & Spa, S Hotel, Food City, Wyndham Garden and Ramada Amwaj took part in the Career Fair.  

“It is BIHR’s vision to develop and promote the skills and calibre of Bahraini students studying the Swiss Hospitality programme with the aim to bridge the employment gaps in the Hospitality industry in line with Bahrain’s vision 2030,” said Hatim Dadabai, BIHR’s Managing Director. 

“The feedback received from the clients during the Career Day has been very positive. BIHR continues to train its students on the Swiss curriculum in Hospitality which includes both academics and hands-on simulated learning. Our doors are open to anyone who wishes to pursue a career in hospitality,” said Nigel Viegas, Director of BIHR.

BIHR offers 100 per cent scholarships to Bahraini nationals who wish to pursue a fast growing exciting career in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. This is in partnership with Ministry of Labour and Tamkeen.

BIHR-HTMi Bahrain Campus has opened admissions to its Swiss Craft level and Diploma in Hospitality programmes which is awarded by Hospitality school HTMi (Hospitality and Tourism Management Institute), Switzerland.
