Toyota Bahrain Brings GR Performance and e-Racing Action to City Centre Bahrain
Toyota Bahrain is bringing the excitement of motorsport to City Centre Bahrain with a nine-day interactive activation running from 28 August to 5 September 2026, giving visitors the opportunity to experience Toyota’s performance focused GR brand through both high-performance vehicles and competitive virtual racing.
The activation kicks off from the 28th of August, giving visitors an up-close look at two of Toyota's most iconic performance models; the GR Yaris and the GR Corolla. Together, the two models offer fans a rare, hands-on experience around the engineering behind Toyota's motorsport-bred performance line-up.
From 1 to 5 September, the space will include a competitive e-racing arena for the Toyota GR e-Racing Championship 2026, inviting motorsport and gaming enthusiasts alike to put their skills to the test on virtual tracks. Open to the public, the championship carries a total prize pool of BD 1,800 — BD 600 for first place, BD 500 for second, BD 400 for third, and BD 300 for fourth — turning City Centre Bahrain into nine days of high-stakes competition and community excitement.
