ASRY’s project management training
Manama : Twenty-Two project managers at ASRY have successfully completed an intensive project management course, from a variety of divisions in the organisation.
The five-day training course was delivered by Neovartis Training & Consulting at their premises and aims to assist ASRY Project Managers in understanding the conceptual phase of a project’s life cycle. This includes setting goals, creating the statement of work and creating a project charter. It is aimed to assist the Project Managers in gaining an in-depth understanding of managing key stakeholders in a project and improve communication.
The training included the key stages of managing a project (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing). The training also included the overview of methodology, initiation phase overview, Project charter, project planning overview, cost analysis, and other related areas of project management.
