Bahrain Condemns Iranian Missile Attacks on Jordan

Manama: Bahrain has condemned continued Iranian attacks on Jordan, including ballistic missile launches, calling them a violation of international law, the UN Charter and UN Security Council Resolution 2817.
Bahrain reaffirmed its full solidarity with Jordan and support for measures taken to protect its sovereignty, security and stability, as well as the safety of citizens and residents.
The Foreign Ministry praised Jordanian air defences for intercepting the missiles and preventing the attacks.
Bahrain also urged the UN Security Council to take firm action to force Iran to stop attacks against countries in the region, reduce tensions and protect regional peace and security.
