Fatima Abdullah Al Dhaen, Undersecretary for Land Transport and Post at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, joined a dialogue session with participants in the eighth edition of the HIPO-YOUTH National Leadership Programme, held at Youth City 2030.

During the session, Al Dhaen shared key milestones from her professional journey, highlighting the importance of investing in young Bahraini talent and equipping them with the skills needed to meet future demands. She encouraged participants to develop innovative ideas and solutions that can enhance transport services and improve customer experience, in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to empower youth and strengthen their leadership capabilities.

She also discussed the future of Bahrain's land transport sector, focusing on technological advancements and the transition towards smart and sustainable mobility.

Organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in cooperation with the Bahrain Society for Human Resource Management, the HIPO-YOUTH programme aims to identify and empower young Bahrainis through leadership dialogues, practical challenges and youth-led initiatives that prepare the next generation of national leaders.
