Housing Ministry wraps up eighth edition after five-day public outreach

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in collaboration with Housing Bank, has concluded the eighth edition of its Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative after a five-day programme at Bahrain City Centre.

The initiative welcomed citizens seeking information on housing and financing options, with ministry and Housing Bank representatives providing one-on-one consultations and answering inquiries on available services and eligibility.

Visitors were introduced to a range of housing finance programmes, including Tasheel, Tasheel+, Mazaya and its newly introduced category, as well as the Tamouh programme. The event also highlighted the digital services available through the Beity real estate platform, enabling users to track applications, reserve properties and access digital property valuation services to speed up the home ownership process.

The ministry said the initiative forms part of its ongoing efforts to bring housing services closer to citizens and improve access to housing and financing programmes across the Kingdom, in line with Bahrain's digital transformation goals and commitment to enhancing service quality.

It also announced that the ninth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch initiative will be held next month, encouraging citizens to take advantage of the housing services and consultations that will be offered.

The Mobile Housing Finance Branch is organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in partnership with Housing Bank as part of a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening direct engagement with citizens and increasing awareness of housing and financing programmes while making them more accessible.
