Youth Learn Public Service Roles

Northern Governorate Governor Hassan Abdullah Al Madani welcomed a group of high school students participating in a community service programme aimed at enhancing youth engagement and social responsibility.

During the meeting, the Governor highlighted the importance of cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Education in implementing joint initiatives that provide students opportunities to actively participate in community programmes.

He said such initiatives contribute to strengthening values of loyalty, national belonging, social responsibility and partnership among young people.

As part of the programme, students received an introduction to the role and responsibilities of the Northern Governorate, along with educational visits to the King Fahd Causeway and the Northern Governorate Police Directorate.

The visits allowed students to learn about the functions of various Ministry of Interior departments and their role in maintaining security and serving the community. The programme also included awareness lectures and workshops designed to promote citizenship values and enhance students’ understanding of national identity.
