Bahrain Hands Over Restored Homes in Al-Hidd After Iranian Attacks
Bahrain has delivered a new batch of restored homes in Al-Hidd Housing City, following the completion of structural and engineering repairs to properties damaged in Iranian attacks.
The handover was carried out in line with royal directives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and an order from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to compensate citizens whose homes and vehicles were affected.
The Ministries of Works and Housing and Urban Planning oversaw the repairs, which were executed under an approved plan within a defined timeline. Restoration work covered structural damage, interior and exterior finishing, and rehabilitation of affected utilities.
Residents of Al-Hidd expressed deep appreciation for the royal directives and praised the speed and quality of the response. They noted that technical teams mobilised immediately to assess damage and begin rehabilitation.
Citizens highlighted that field officials maintained close, continuous contact throughout the process — a reflection, they said, of Bahrain's commitment to citizen welfare under all circumstances.
Residents added that the rapid completion of repairs restored a sense of security and demonstrated the readiness of government agencies to respond effectively to emerging challenges.
