Bahrain Crown Prince Meets Atlas Merchant Capital CEO

Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, met with Robert Diamond, Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Merchant Capital, at Gudaibiya Palace on Monday to discuss developments in the financial sector and the global economy.

During the meeting, HRH Prince Salman highlighted the key role of Bahrain’s financial and banking sector in supporting economic growth and national development under the leadership of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

He emphasized the importance of advancing financial technology innovation and strengthening financial services to improve efficiency and enhance the willingness of the kingdom for future economic opportunities.

The Crown Prince also reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to expanding cooperation with leading international financial and investment institutions, promoting knowledge exchange, and creating new opportunities that support the Kingdom’s long-term development goals.

The discussions also covered issues of mutual interest and recent developments affecting the global economy.

Robert Diamond expressed appreciation for Bahrain’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with international financial institutions and banks, and conveyed his wishes for the Kingdom’s continued progress and prosperity.

The meeting was also attended by Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, and Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
