Immigration Services Achieve ISO 9001 Certification

Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, received Inspector General Major General Abdullah Mohammed Al Zayed to mark the department's receipt of the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Shaikh Hisham stressed the importance of continuous improvement and adherence to international quality standards, noting that the certification reflects efforts to strengthen institutional excellence and service quality. He also praised the Inspector General’s oversight role in promoting transparency and improving performance, while Major General Al Zayed commended the department’s commitment to quality standards and its efforts to achieve the international certification.
