In homes where uncertainty lingers and in workplaces where pressure quietly builds, a national message has arrived with calm clarity, placing Bahraini women at the centre of strength when it is needed most.
MP Ahmed Sabah Al Salloom, Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee at Parliament, said the message delivered by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President of the Supreme Council for Women, came at a defining moment for the Kingdom.
He said it reflects a clear national vision: one that sees Bahraini women not as supporters on the margins, but as a steady force holding the centre during a sensitive period.
Role
Al Salloom said the message carried strong national and human meaning, recognising women as essential partners in maintaining cohesion and stability.
He noted that what was described is already visible across daily life. In offices, in hospitals, and inside homes, Bahraini women have continued to carry responsibility without pause, ensuring that routines hold and families remain grounded even when circumstances shift.
In many homes, that strength is not loud, but it is constant. It is found in reassurance during uneasy moments, in quiet organisation when things feel uncertain, and in the determination to keep life moving forward no matter the strain.
Strength
He added that Bahraini women have shown a high level of awareness and national responsibility during this period, contributing directly to strengthening solidarity across society.
He noted that their role has moved beyond expectation into action. Whether through professional duties or within the family, women have become part of the country’s front line in preserving stability and protecting the social fabric.
This presence, he stressed, reflects a deeper truth. Bahrain’s resilience is built not only through institutions but through people, and within that, women remain among its strongest pillars.
Unity
Al Salloom pointed out that the message reaffirmed a defining principle, that Bahrain’s strength lies in the unity of its people.
Within that unity, the role of women stands out clearly. They are the link that keeps families connected, the presence that holds communities together, and the quiet force that prevents strain from turning into fracture.
It is this cohesion, he said, that allows the Kingdom to move forward with confidence despite the weight of current challenges.
Support
He also praised the continued support for Bahraini women from His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, noting that this backing has strengthened women’s presence across national sectors.
That support is reflected not only in policy, but in real opportunity, in representation, and in the growing role women play in shaping the country’s direction.
Future
Looking ahead, Al Salloom stressed that this stage calls for further strengthening the role of women and making full use of their capabilities.
In a country facing pressure, he said, progress depends on the strength of its people. And in homes, in workplaces, and across communities, women continue to do what they have always done in Bahrain, holding families together, keeping communities standing, and quietly carrying the nation through the moments that test it the most.
