Manama: Flight operations at Bahrain International Airport remain temporarily suspended as the closure of Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs airspace continues, according to the latest update issued on March 6.
Authorities confirmed that airport operations will resume once the airspace is safely reopened and clearance is granted by aviation regulators. Passengers are advised to check directly with their airlines for the latest information regarding their flights.
Meanwhile, the national carrier Gulf Air announced that its flight services also remain temporarily suspended due to the ongoing airspace closure. The airline stated that operations will restart only after the Bahrain Civil Aviation Affairs confirms that the airspace is safe for travel.
Travelers are encouraged to monitor official airline communication channels for updates. Gulf Air said the next operational update is expected at 11:00 Bahrain Time (08:00 UTC) on March 7.
Passengers can check the latest flight information through the airline’s official website or the Gulf Air Mobile App.
