Bahrain Engages in International Trade Dispute Discussions in New York
On the sidelines of the 83rd session of Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in New York, Professor Marika Patrani Paulson, Secretary-General of the Bahrain Council for International Dispute Resolution, held bilateral meetings with delegations from Switzerland and Mexico.
The meetings covered a range of topics related to the session, including exchanging perspectives on recent developments in international commercial dispute resolution.
Additionally, areas of mutual interest within the framework of the commission’s work were discussed.
